Fast Network

  Step 1: Right-click the mouse in the main menu →fast network→Choose Auto Config→Click OK If you want to manually configure, input your IP address, and click diagnose. If it shows a healthy network, it indicates the connection to the Internet is good. If it shows a network anomaly, plz process it according to the clew. (Ensure your device has accessed the network)

Channel Mode(DVR mode, mixed mode, NVR mode)

  Step 1: Right-click on “channel mode”.

  Step 2: According to the demand to choose the corresponding channel model, There are DVR models by default; through the mouse scrollbar, set the number of analog cameras and digital cameras; after finishing Settings, click ok to save.

  Tips: The channel mode default set is DVR mode, I can’t click channel mode to add camera enter, you need to set the number of the IPC channel, then click enter after the restart.

  Analog channel defaults set is automatic mode, can automatically identify analog and HDAHD, TVI cameras, if connect AHD cameras can’t identify, can be manually set to AHDmode of the channel.

  If connect CVI camera, must set to CVI mode manually because it can’t detect CVIautomatically.

Video Manage

  Step 1: Right-click on “video manage.”

  Step 2: Click “Refresh”, there will be the IPCs for adding.

  Step 3: Use the mouse to select the corresponding IP camera, then double-click the mouse or click “add” to complete the IPC channel adding.

Video Playback

  Steps: Right-click the mouse in the main menu→Video playback→choose date, channel, recordmode→click Search→then can view the playback file.

Warm prompt:

  1. Illustration for playback button: play, pause: fast forward x2,x4,x8.

  2. Play file: Choose the recording file in the file list, as number “1” shown in the picture. Choose one of the recordings and click “play” to play to the recording file;

  3. Video backup: Choose the recording file in the file list, as number “1” shown in the picture. Insert the U flash disk, and click “video backup” to backup the file;

  4. Timeline: click “date” and “time” at the bottom left to check the timeline of the recording, show number “2” shown in the picture;

  5. On the timeline with the recording file, left-click the mouse, then playback the file.

Video Backup

  Steps: Right click mouse in main menu → click Video backup → choose channel → chooserecording mode → setup the “searching time”, → click search, recording will come out→ choose the video which need to backup →click Video backup.

  Tips: Support 32G flash disk backup at maximum.

Record Setup

  Recording video is very easy on surveillance systems.

Timing Recording:

  To set up the recording time range, follow these steps: Right-click the mouse, go to System setup, then click on Recording setup, and finally select Recording plan. Click the Reset button (for example, “1” as shown in the picture). Once you’re in the Reset Interface, click the Timing button (for example, “2” as shown in the picture), and place the mouse icon in the upper left corner (for example, “(1)” as shown in the picture). Press and drag the mouse to the right to choose the time. The list will turn red. Press the “Apply” button, and the setup will be successful.

Alarm Recording:

  To set up recording time, follow these steps:1. Right-click the mouse, then go to System setup > Record setup > Record plan.2. Click the Reset button (e.g. “1” as shown in the picture).3. Once in the Reset Interface, click the alarm button (e.g. “2” as shown in the picture) and place the mouse icon on the upper left corner (e.g. “3” as shown in the picture).4. Press and drag the mouse to the right to select the time. The list will turn yellow.5. Press the “Apply” button, and the alarm recording will be set successfully.

To set up motion recording, follow these steps:1. Right-click the mouse and select System Setup > Recording Setup > Recording Plan.2. Click the Reset button (e.g., “1” as shown in the picture).3. In the Reset Interface, click the Motion button (e.g., “2” as shown in the picture).4. Place the mouse icon at the upper left corner (e.g., “(2)” as shown in the picture) and drag the mouse to choose the recording time.5. The selected time will turn green. Click the “Apply” button to confirm the setup.

Step 2: Choose Channel setup, then Video detection. Choose the desired sensitivity and change the detection type to Motion. Check Buzzer, Alarm, Email Notification, AppAlarm notification, etc. Set up the protection time, then click Copy to and OK.

Please note the following: Users can set up any time period they want, for example, from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59, allowing for 24 hours of recording for 7 days. When the NVR detects a hard disk, the default setting will be 24 hours of recording for 7 days. Red indicates timing recording, green indicates motion recording, and yellow indicates alarm recording.

Access In LAN

Step 1: Right-click the mouse in the main menu, select “Fast Network,” and then check the DVR IP address. Save the IP address.

Step 2: Access the DVR by entering its IP address and Port (if not 80) in a web browser. Then log in using your username and password.

Step 3: Once you have successfully gained access, you will be able to view the video.

Tips: Ensure that the DVR and computer are on the same network segment.

Access In WAN(Access by a computer which is in a different router with DVR)

Step 1: Right-click on the main menu, select “Fast Network,” then choose “Check Esee ID” and save it.

Step 2: Open the IE browser, enter http://www.e-seenet.com/ in the address bar, and input the Esee ID, username, and password. Then login and check the video.

Step 3: Once access is successful, you can access the video. Tips: Video quality and fluency depend on the upload speed of the DVR and the download speed of the computer. Each channel needs to have a speed of above 30 kbps.

  Mobile application download and installation

  No.1: Go to https://eseecloud.app/ip-pro/ in a mobile browser, enter the download page, click install to download, and install the APP.
