- Please do not connect the camera network to the Wi-Fi environment which is built on bridge mode. Bridgemode Wi-Fi environment is considered an unstable network, it will disconnect the camera system network constantly.
- When your device is assigned a static IP to access to Internet, cameras can not work in static Internet.
- Cameras support WEP, WPA–PSK/WPA2–PSKand company Wi-Fi without password. They do not support WPA/WPA2 company encryption method4. Please call customer service if more assistance is necessary.
